By its nature, a crisis cannot be prevented.  The course of the crisis often cannot be managed.  But the response to any crisis can be controlled, particularly through structured communication.

This course will look at the practical elements of English communication during a crisis. Referencing real-world crises, you will learn how to prepare for and handle communication on behalf of an organisation. It is particularly suitable for anyone who may have to act as a spokesperson or communication manager.

You will have a chance to practice, using simulated situations, how to analyse and prioritize your key audiences (stakeholders), how to prepare holding statements, how to handle tough questions and how to use social media platforms.

This course is delivered by experienced crisis and business resilience professionals.
